For clarification, this is a model edit, originally taken from a PNG of the character [seen here: i.imgur.com/32WCP26.jpg ], then painted over/smoothed/etc. The most work went into the hands and face area, the rest was just smoothing things out. I threw in a quick background to make things feel more solid.
